I would give AllPro 10 stars if I could for today’s, Saturday, service. I called the office at 3:06 and at 3:12 Eric, the plumber on call, called me back. We talked about my problem and I decided that I needed a new toilet. Eric made recommendations on what to purchase and I bought it. By 6:10, my new toilet was installed. Eric was very professional, concerned with my budget, very neat and clean. I highly recommend AllPro and Eric! Thank you!!

We had a plumbing emergency at our house Friday night due to a burst pipe. We first called a 24/7 company that said they were on the way, only to be a no-show four hours later. At that point, it was nearly 11 p.m. on a weekend, so our expectations weren’t very high.A quick Google search led us to All Pro, and we decided to give them a call. They sent Dee Dozier, who arrived within the hour. Despite the cold, the darkness, and the fact that the pipe had burst under our driveway, Dee was calm, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He is really a great guy! He quickly shut off the water and completed the repair in no time.I can’t recommend Dee, and All Pro and their services highly enough.

Tony came out late at night to take care of a serious backup issue with our pipes, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. The situation itself was anything but pleasant, but Tony remained calm, courteous, and completely professional the entire time.
