PRE-ARRIVAL PREP

Kindly clear spaces below sinks, around water heaters, and washer areas. Ensure closets adjacent to plumbing walls are accessible. For our team to efficiently work, move furniture away from walls, protect them from potential dust or debris, and safely store delicate items like electronics or artwork.

INSTALLATION DAY

Our team will install a new main shut-off valve outside your home. Inside, we’ll access crucial points to install new pipes and valves. Once installed, you’ll witness an air pressure test on the system. Once satisfied, you’ll sign an affidavit, and water will be restored to your home.

POST-INSPECTION DRYWALL REPAIR

After the subsequent day’s inspection, our team will mend all drywall openings, aiming to match existing textures. Note: Paint and wallpaper touch-ups will be the homeowner’s responsibility.
