All Pro Plumbing Services is Orlando and Central Florida's leading commercial and residential plumbing repair provider. All Pro Plumbing is committed to exceptional service and excellent workmanship. We have been providing that level of service since 1994.

Certified Backflow Installation, Inspection, Repair

backflow_preventerBackflow devices, municipal, commercial or residential, protect Central Florida’s water supply from contamination. In many locations a backflow device is required on water supply lines entering your home or office. An existing backflow device must be inspected annually to verify its operation.

ALL PRO PLUMBING is certified for backflow installation, inspection and repair.

Backflow is the undesirable reversal of the flow of non-potable water or other substances through a cross-connection and into the piping of a public water system or consumer's potable water system. This can render the public water supply undrinkable. The mechanism for preventing cross-connection is a backflow preventer assembly, which provides a physical barrier to backflow. The principal types of backflow preventer are the reduced-pressure principle assembly, the pressure vacuum breaker assembly and the double check valve assembly. A secondary type of mechanical backflow preventer is the residential dual check valve.

ALL PRO PLUMBING maintains the most popular backflow preventer parts and assemblies for making timely repairs. Efficient backflow prevention helps insure that the water supply to your home is clean.

Sewer + Drain Cleaning + Jetting

Tracing a clog in the plumbing system yourself can be an overwhelming job. Is the clog inside the building or outside? Is your problem from grease and sediments built up over time, or is it caused by a collapsed pipe or tree roots?

Most of the time, normal everyday grease, sand, scale, silt and any number of other sediments accumulate and build up inside your pipes resulting in clogged pipes and drains that cause a back up problem in the building. In these cases ALL PRO PLUMBING SERVICES uses Hydro Jetting to solve the problem.

Hydro Jetting is the perfect tool for cleaning direct, sludge and debris from sewers and storm drains ranging from 2" through 24" in diameter.

Jetting uses high speed / high pressure water to clear blockages in pipe systems.

Barring the possibility of a collapsed or broken line, hydro-jetting will solve the problem and thereafter routine maintenance will keep the lines free and functioning properly.

This process should be a regular maintenance consideration for businesses such as restaurants and food processing, who are subject to unusual grease and oil by product accumulations as a matter of course.

Traditional "Snaking" or "Cabling" of drains is effective on more solid obstructions such as roots, construction debris, cloth material and paper products.

Camera inspection, DVD recording and electronic line location can pinpoint problem areas, often saving thousands of dollars instead of replacing the entire line unnecessarily.

When a sewer line is collapsed or broken, we will locate and repair
drain pipes to get you back in service quickly with as little inconvenience
as possible.

Repiping: When Do You Need A Repipe?

"Pinhole" leaks on copper water pipes are very common in the Central Florida area. There are numerous contributing factors causing the corrosion of your water system. The type of copper used, the method of installation, electric service grounding, lightning, aggressive (chlorinated) water, inline debris, caustic surroundings, and other less prevalent conditions.

All Pro Plumbing replaces those corroded copper pipes with cross linked polyethylene (Pex) piping with brass fittings. You'll experience peace of mind knowing that your plumbing is durable and will virtually last a lifetime - corrosion free.

All Pro Plumbing Services provides a 10 Year Warranty on parts and labor. Basic drywall repairs are included in all of our repipe services to make the process as painless as possible.

Water Heater Repair or Replacement.

No or not enough hot water? That's how most people learn they have a problem with their water heater. There are many rebates and incentives available when you need to replace your water heater with a more energy efficient model. Take a few minutes to learn about your options.

Storage (Tank) Water Heaters.
Water is kept hot and ready for use at all times in insulated storage tanks with capacities ranging from 20 to 80 gallons. Many fuel options are available, including electricity, natural gas, oil, and propane. One drawback of these units is the energy used to keep the water hot at all times, otherwise known as "standby losses."
Demand (Tankless) Water Heaters.
Water circulated through a large coil is heated only on demand using gas or electricity; there is no storage tank continuously maintaining hot water. A possible concern with this technology is the limitation on the number of fixtures that can simultaneously use hot water. However, there is an endless supply of hot water and standby losses are eliminated.
Heat Pump Water Heaters.
Heat pumps transfer energy from the surrounding air to the water in a storage tank water heater. These heat pump units are much more efficient than electric resistance water heaters and more effective in warm climates with long cooling seasons. You can purchase a heat pump unit to add to your existing tank-style water heater, or choose an inclusive unit if you need to replace an older water heater.
